1 – Oceanfront luxury estate
This luxury oceanfront estate offers spectacular views all over the house. If you’re looking for a family getaway, this house can sleep up to 16 people.
This estate is located near the town of Cutler, Maine.
If you’re looking for a peaceful area with a lot of nature and wild animals sightseeing, you’re in for a treat. You might just spot heath, pitcher-plants, grouse, bobcats, eagles, whales, seals and mooses.
This Maine coastal home to rent is about one hour and a half from Acadia National Park and minutes away from local shops and restaurants.
2 – Quiet luxury at Winter Harbor
This quiet luxury mansion is located in Winter Harbor. It can sleep up to 24 people. This house is straight out of a dream!
You’ll have stunning views of Frenchman’s Bay. You’ll have plenty to do around Winter Harbor. From local shops and restaurants to hiking. There is much to do.
There is a ferry nearby to bring you to Bar Harbor as well. This mansion is a great place to see seals and eagles.

Some bedrooms are only accessible through the lodge and others are accessible only from outdoors on the wrap-around porch.
You’ll find everything you need to make your stay a great one.
One of the great features of this house is that there is a covered porch so you can dine outside even if the weather isn’t that great outside. They also have a lobster/steamer cooker so you can eat some amazing seafood!
Many board games are available too. Plus a shuffleboard and billiard table!

6 – Spectacular oceanfront retreat
This stunning mid-coast Maine vacation rental is located in Georgetown. It can sleep up to 18 guests in the 6 bedrooms on site.
Among the great amenities provided in the house, you’ll have a sunroom to enjoy the views and a gym.
This Maine coastal home to rent is a picture-perfect location. You’ll be at a walking distance from Reid State Park. The house is also located near many local attractions such as the Marine Center and some scenic hiking.

This spacious log cabin is located in Boothbay Harbor. It can sleep up to 15 guests within the 4 bedrooms.
You’ll need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get to the cabin during the winter months. The cabin is located only 10 minutes away from Boothbay Harbor.

If you’re looking for a quiet and secluded home rental, this is a great place to stay at. You’ll be nestled in the woods.
8 – Heron cottage
This Maine coastal home to rent is located in Freeport Maine. It is a great place to rent if you’re looking to spend some time with your close family. It can sleep up to 4 guests.
The property overlooks Harraseeket River and Casco Bay. It is also greatly located. It is central to pretty much everything there is to do around.
It’s a great place to enjoy a nice couple’s getaway.
9 – Private oceanfront island estate
This private oceanfront island estate is quite exceptional. It is located on the island of Long Island. It can sleep up to 20 people with 3 private bedrooms.
This Maine coastal home to rent has 3 buildings to accommodate everyone. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is available all year round. It also has space to sleep up to eight people in the basement with a full bathroom.
There is also a standalone studio on-site that can sleep an additional 2 people. This building does not have a bathroom though.
You’ll be located only minutes away from one of the most beautiful beaches at Casco Bay. If you wish to head over to Portland, it’s only a quick ferry ride away.
You could also rent out the owner’s cottage for an additional fee. You could sleep an extra two people there as well.
10 – Bliss beach house
This property is located in Old Orchard Beach and is directly on the beach. Enjoy sunrises or even sunsets from the huge ocean-view rooftop.

You’ll only be a minute walk away from the beach so it’s super easy to come back if you’ve forgotten something! If you want to entertain yourself in the evening, it’s a 16-minute walk to the OOB pier.
11 – Family Tides
This southern Maine beach rental is located in Scarborough. This luxury rental has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 guests.
It is a 2-minute walk from the closest beach. If you wish to go to Old Orchard Beach, it’s a quick drive away from where you are.
If you don’t want to compromise with going to the gym while on vacation, you’re in luck because this house has a workout space.
There is even a kid’s den for them to have plenty of fun!
12 – 50 yards from the beach
This amazing property is located in Old Orchard Beach and has everything, and more, you’ll want for your family vacation! If you have a big family, this house can sleep up to 24 people.
There is a hot tub, fire pit, and WIFI available. From the house, you’ll hear the sounds of the waves crashing which is a great way to fall asleep at night listening to the ocean.
If you want to spend some time in the city, you’re in luck. The house is located 15 minutes away from Portland and 2 hours from Boston.
You can even book the house for events such as weddings, birthday parties and even more!
13 – Ocean views
This house is also located in OOB. It can sleep up to 14 guests in 5 different bedrooms. It’s only a seven-minute walk to the beach and a five-minute walk the the OOB pier.
You’ll be able to enjoy an ocean view from almost anywhere inside the house and the backyard.
You won’t find time to get bored as everything is quite close to the house. Great restaurants, fun, and games at the OOB pier, and relaxing moments at the beach.
14 – On the marsh with ocean views and sunset
This Maine coastal home to rent has quite the charm! Located in Scarborough, it can sleep up to 16 people. It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to accommodate everyone.
The Pine Point beach is about a 4-minute walk away. If you wish to head to OOB instead, it’s about a 2-minute drive from where you’ll be.
Enjoy your evening on the deck facing the water or spend some time by the outdoor fireplace.

15 – Tidal access
Tidal Access is located in Kennebunkport and can sleep up to 15 people. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
If you want to play games and spend some time outdoors in the water, you’ll have everything you need here.
There is a playroom with plenty of activities and games, a ping pong table, and a shuffleboard too. There are life jackets and beach gear.
The town is really close by. If you need anything, you won’t have to go too far in order to get what you need or forgot to bring!
16 – Oceanfront
This Maine coastal home to rent will offer you stunning views of the ocean! Located in Wells, it can sleep up to 16 people in the 5 bedrooms. This house is directly beside the ocean.
You’ll only be steps away from the ocean. Near the rental, there are also some world-renowned restaurants.
If the weather isn’t great, there are board games to play and even an Xbox.
17 – Oceanfront classic Maine cottage
This cottage is located in York and can sleep up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms in this property.
Short Sands Beach is only a 2-minute walk from the rental house. Enjoy the ocean on the amazing wrap-around porch.
You’ll also be near the Nubble lighthouse and the downtown area.
If you are planning to stay there during the summer months, know that they only book on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday. (June to August) Outside of the busy season, there is a minimum of three days stay.
18 – Iconic ocean-view home
This Maine coastal home is located in Cape Neddick. It offers 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms to accommodate 14 people.

Downtown, there are plenty of rentals available you can take advantage of. From bike rentals to kayaks, you’re going to find something to do!
20 – Large MDI house
This Maine coastal home is located in Tremont and is quite exceptional! It sleeps 16 people in 6 different bedrooms which makes it the perfect getaway for a family reunion or family time.
You can head over to Acadia National Park as it is about a 5-minute drive from the house.
Among the amenities on-site, you’ll find a nice reading nook, a foosball table, a dart board, a TV with gaming consoles, and a bar area.
The best thing about this house you’ll ask me? The outdoor pool! Plenty of opportunities to have plenty of fun all together when you don’t feel like going to the beach!
21 – Harborfront beauty
This beach-looking house is located in Boothbay Harbor. With its 7 bedrooms, it can sleep up to 14 people.
This house offers you a waterfront getaway with a private dock and kayaks are also included in your rental.
Enjoy a library, board games, a telescope, beach chairs and of course, the view!
