Oh, Canada! I’ve been living here my whole life and I’ve been fortunate enough to travel to every single province (the 10 of them). I am still missing our three territories but I am working on that! Canada has so much greatness to offer! From great views and scenery to so many different sports you can practice throughout the year, you won’t be bored when visiting Canada!
From the Rocky Mountains on the west coast to the prairies in the middle, to coastal villages on the east coast, to arctic conditions up north, Canada has a lot to explore. If you are looking for some winter or summer adventures, you’re sure to find what you are looking for!
The diversity of activities to keep you busy are quite extensive. You can hike pretty much everywhere throughout the country. The chances of finding a trail with a view are very high wherever you are. In the wintertime, you can ski or snowboard in the Rockies. Canada has so many lakes, that finding somewhere to paddleboard, canoe, kayak, or any water sports, you won’t have trouble finding a great spot.
Either on the Pacific coast or the Atlantic coast, you might just spot a whale in the ocean. Canada has a great variety of wildlife as well. From whales to grizzly bears in the mountains, to polar bears up north, to ram horn sheep, you might spot a lot of them on your journey across Canada. Just be careful when you are driving because they tend to like the roads!
