Travel beauty essentials you need for your next trip
I like Amazon for multiple reasons but one of them is that I can get some great travel beauty products that sometimes aren’t offered in store here in Quebec but still enjoy a brand I really love. The process is so easy too! Especially when you are a Prime member, shipping is usually really quick!
These travel beauty products for me are a must! I like to carry these along with me almost everywhere I go. Not only do they make my life so much easier on the road, but they also allow me to enjoy my trips and be prepared. So here are all the travel beauty essentials you need for your next amazing trip!
Sunbum detangler
Since the day I’ve had kids, I carry this product with me! Just a couple of sprays and you’ll untangle the hair mess your child has! Beach days, windy days, spending a whole day by the lake… You name it! This is just a lifesaver and it will be so much more enjoyable for your kids while you try untangling their hair. This detangler is for all types of hair, it helps fight frizz, eliminate tangles and tame the flyaways. This is definitely part of my travel beauty essentials to me especially when traveling with kids!
Sunbum SPF 30 sunscreen
I love this brand and it is hard to come by here in Quebec. If you do find them, you’ll have the main sunscreen line but nothing else from this brand. Sunbum products smell SO good! Is water-resistant, vegan, and reef-friendly. The sunscreen will enrich your skin with vitamin E and moisturize your skin all at the same time as protecting it from the sun.
Sunbum Cool down
I have never found this line from Sunbum anywhere in Quebec City before so it’s great that I can get it on Amazon. This after-sun lotion provides you with great revitalization and hydration after a full day of enjoying the outdoors. The aloe & vitamin E will soothe your skin and has some healing properties and will help preserve your tan too. This lotion is also hypoallergenic and reef-safe too.
Laundry detergent
This hypoallergenic laundry detergent is great for travel because it is compact. These laundry sheets don’t take too much space in your bag so if you need them on your trip you won’t need to carry some bulky bottles filled with soap. These laundry detergent sheets are also biodegradable which is a big plus!
Silicon travel size bottles
I use these in my everyday life and not just for travel. They are leakproof so they are great to carry in your bags and they are also 100ml or less so they make going through security at the airport a pain-free experience. When I am not traveling, I also use them in my camper trailer so they don’t take too much space as it is limited.
Same for when I go on hotel getaways on the weekends, I’m able to carry a small cosmetic case with me and it doesn’t take too much space in my bag! This is one of the must-have items I use to put all my travel-sized beauty products on the go.
Liquid TSA approved bag
It is just the right size for security at the airport so you don’t have to spend some time looking through your bag for all your liquids and try to fit them inside the Ziploc bag they give you. This travel toiletry bag has the perfect size so you won’t be struggling with deciding what toiletries to leave behind! Just don’t forget to bring only 100ml or less in your toiletry bag!
If you ever have an accidental spill of your liquids, it won’t be everywhere inside your bag it will at least be confined to this plastic bag and it is so much easier to fit all your travel-size makeup! This is probably the best investment I have made to my travel beauty essentials! It has saved me so many spills inside my bag!
Batiste travel-size dry shampoo
I like this dry shampoo a lot. I’ve found a couple of places out here that have the travel-sized ones but they usually don’t have the brunette one. I just saw the brunette big bottle for the first time maybe a month ago. So it makes my life much easier to just order the travel-sized one for brunettes online! You can find the regular ones too. I love the smell of these dry shampoo too! This dry shampoo just refreshes your hair, removes oil to add body and texture to your hair, and helps you save some time if you need to be ready quickly for the day ahead of you.
Micellar cleansing water
I use this product every single day! I have the big bottles at home for my everyday use. When I travel though I use this small travel-sized one. This way I keep using the product I love and that works well for me but I also don’t have to fill a bottle. I love this product because it’s an all-in 1 cleanser and makeup remover. You can remove waterproof makeup, cleanse and refresh your skin.
Deodorant wipes
These biodegradable wipes can be a lifesaver! When showering isn’t an option, they are great to freshen up a little bit. They are vegan and cruelty-free, compact in your bag so they don’t take too much space. Have you been on the plane for a while? Driving for a long time? Or you just don’t have your deodorant handy? This is a great alternative to just freshen up quickly while on the road.
These are all products I love and use a lot in my everyday life or on my travels to make my life easier but still look good while traveling! These are some great finds I found on Amazon and I seriously can’t recommend them enough! I wouldn’t go anywhere without these travel beauty essentials.
